Another day another delve through the goings on at work.
It has been 'discovered' that a huge amount of work by the Director that left, was not done, I could have told them that. To be honest the auditors have just highlighted the failings of the people put in charge by the former company. Not something that any of us are surprised by, luckily the area that I have been dealing with for the last year has gone through fine, as has my own work and the other two jobs that I took on due to furlough.
I just have get through a Water board audit next week and I may be able to take a breath.
The one thing that I have taken out of this is that no matter how much you do, they will put more on you. ( and they have). Sadly no pay rise to accompany it.
Yorkshire 2nds have been in record breaking form this week. This is the first time in 627 2nd matches that they scored over 600 in an innings. Previous highest score was 585against Lancashire at Scarbados.
And yesterday both Matty and Ben took two catches.
Come on lads 8 wickets to get today to win by an innings.
The big lads start the first of 4 days against Sussex today.
